Hillbilly BBQ & Catering - Terms of Sale

By placing an order with Hillbilly BBQ & Catering (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed through our restaurant, website, mobile app, or third-party delivery partners.
2. Order Acceptance and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Hillbilly BBQ & Catering. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after payment is made, for reasons such as availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our ordering platforms.
3. Pricing and Availability
Prices for our menu items are subject to change without notice. While we strive to ensure that prices are accurate and up-to-date, errors may occur. If an error in pricing is identified after you have placed your order, we will contact you with the correct price, and you will have the option to confirm or cancel the order. Menu item availability may vary based on location and time.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled by the customer. In the event of any error or issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued through the original method of payment. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for a refund (e.g., custom catering orders).
5. Catering Orders
For catering orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. Final payment is due before the event date, as specified in the catering agreement. Hillbilly BBQ & Catering is not liable for any damages or injury resulting from the consumption of food purchased from us, including but not limited to allergic reactions or foodborne illnesses. Our liability is limited to the cost of the order in question.
